otherwise known as integrated operations (IO).
Many upstream
players are now looking towards a second wave of IO implementation
having already delivered operational improvements through improved on-offshore
communication, multi-disciplinary collaboration and decision making through the integration of real
time data, technology, and operational work processes. Capgemini
recently launched EPiCentre, a national Centre of Excellence
